Anezeh Shriners received its charter from Shriners International on May 1907 becoming the 101st. Shrine Shrine Center. It is located in Mexico City, Mexico and its jurisdiction includes 29 of the 32 States in Mexico and the Republic of Honduras.
The Shrine Center is comprised of 4 units and 24 Shrine Clubs and it is a founding member of the newly created Latin America Shrine Association.
Throughout its history, some notable members have worn Anezeh's Fez such as Pascual Ortiz Rubio and Miguel Aleman former presidents of Mexico, and Imperial Sir Barney Collins past Imperial Potentate (1966).
Anezeh supports Shriners Hospital for Children in Mexico City with numerous events throughout the year. On a regular day, you will find a noble from Anezeh greeting patients and their relatives at the Hospital entrance for example. Food and medical supply donations, candy and toy rallies, volunteer support from nobles and their ladies, patient transportation are an example of how we support Shriners Children's.
