Our immersive virtual and in-person events will provide you an opportunity to build knowledge in critical chapter operational areas and obtain practical skills. We help fraternal organization leaders make operational decisions, adaptations and improvements to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
During SIEF Noble Academy events, we share proven and innovative ideas to drive membership growth, enhance member engagement and reduce attrition. Members of the Masonic family will receive additional tools to stay relevant and succeed in serving their communities, and increase their philanthropic efforts.
At virtual events and the in-person conference, learners will have the opportunity to exchange information and ideas with their peers from Shriners International and other Masonic family organizations. As we work together for a common cause, our organizations will also benefit from this important collaboration and community building.
In this Introductory Learning Path learners will obtain an Apprentice certificate upon completion of four virtual events.
In this Applied Learning Path learners will obtain a Fellow certificate upon completion of a three-day in-person conference.
If you're aiming for the gold standard in learning, the Masters certificate is your crowning achievement. Learners who complete all virtual seminars and the in-person conference will receive SIEF Noble Academy's highest recognition for membership and marketing, a digital recognition badge, an invite-only reception at the in-person conference, a recognition certificate, and exclusive access to a Masters Class-only private social media group.
