Shriners International 2025 #NextGen
Ben Ali Shriners
For Noble Gabe Garofano, serving as vice president of his college fraternity laid the groundwork for his leadership journey within the Shriners fraternity. Gabe is actively involved in his Lodge and the Scottish Rite; however, he says, “The Shrine is really where my heart is.” His wife is also active with Ben Ali Shriners as the chair of the ladies’ craft fair, which has raised thousands of dollars.
Recognizing the need to engage both new and current members, Ben Ali Shriners decided to try new approaches. One successful initiative was opening membership meetings to the public, which not only provided a great experience but also attracted several new and former members.
Ben Ali Shriners is collaborating with ASIYA Shriners on a car show event. This partnership aims to showcase both organizations and offers an opportunity for the public and potential members to learn more about the fraternity.
