Each year, Shriners International hosts a variety of educational opportunities for all members. These meetings, which are made possible thanks to the Shriners International Education Foundation (SIEF) Noble Academy, are provided to support ongoing education efforts, collaboration and camaraderie among nobles.

Ongoing and consistent education is an important key to growth and success, and our conferences provide the perfect opportunity for nobles to gather together to increase their knowledge and skill sets.

2024 Membership & Marketing Conference and Masters Class

The Membership & Marketing Conference and Masters Class is part of the Shriners International Education Foundation's Noble Academy. This new, immersive educational program covers a variety of topics in the fields of membership and marketing & communications and consists of: 

• In-Person Membership & Marketing Conference
• Four virtual conferences

Students who complete all four virtual conferences and the in-person conference will be part of the SIEF Noble Academy Masters Class, and will receive the highest designation, the Masters Class certificate.

2025 Leadership Conferences

Oriental Guide Leadership Conference

• Arrival / Registration Day: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
• Dates of classes: Thursday, March 6 – Saturday, March 8, 2025*
• Location: Tampa Airport Marriott Hotel, Tampa, Florida
• Rates: Discounted hotel rates are set at $209.00, per night, plus applicable taxes (currently 13.5%)

Kosair Charities Shrine Leaders Conference (Assistant Rabban)

• Arrival / Registration Day: Sunday, March 9, 2025
• Dates of classes: Monday, March 10 – Wednesday, March 12, 2025*
• Location: Tampa Airport Marriott Hotel, Tampa, Florida
• Rates: Discounted hotel rates are set at $209.00, per night, plus applicable taxes (currently 13.5%)

*These are the actual class dates, sessions are expected to run until 4:00 PM on the final date.

2024 Sports Conference

The Shriners Children's Sports Seminar is an educational conference hosted for organizers of sporting events for the benefit of Shriners Children's. This conference is exclusively for Shriners representing high school all-star football games, golf tournaments, races, baseball and basketball games, along with a wide variety of other events, to attend this seminar.

Speakers from professional and collegiate sports organizations join staff members from Shriners Children's signature sporting events to help provide event organizers with resources to grow their events. Organizers of sports-related fraternal fundraisers are welcome to attend this seminar as well.
